Similar in size and shape to the ones in the 4th 5th 6th and 7th photos depending on the size you choose
The 8.5cm pot is a much bigger plant but they do grow quite quickly when warm and sunny.
Water before they are totally dry and little in winter
Should be planted in a larger pot when this arrives
Produces attractive flowers
With heat and light the leaves go pink or purple
Direct sunlight can burn the leaves
Easy to root and grow
The cactus grows in low soil media, such as orchid substrate.
You can also plant it in cactus blend mixed with compost to enrich the medium.
Rhipsalis Cruciformis thrives in indirect light and cannot tolerate periods of bright sun.
Like most cacti, Rhipsalis Cruciformis does best when allowed to dry out between watering.
During winter, cut watering in half and then reinstate when spring growth begins.
Fertilize with a water-soluble cactus or orchid fertilizer in early spring.
You can place your plant outside in spring and summer but do not forget to bring it in when temperatures cool.
Best of all, the cactus will stand some neglect, so do not worry about it when you go on vacation.
